The coffee is grown at elevations between 1,700 and 2,100 metres above sea level.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"tabs__paragraph\"\u003eardín is one of Colombia’s most renowned coffee landscapes, located in the Western Andes. Its high elevations, combined with nutrient-rich volcanic soils, create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation. This gradual ripening contributes to the coffee’s natural sweetness and refined acidity. The region also benefits from well-distributed rainfall and two annual harvests, allowing for a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality parchment throughout the year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"tabs__paragraph\"\u003eSince May 2022, following the closure of the local cooperative, Helvetia has operated a strategic purchase point in Jardín. This has created a direct route to the specialty market for local producers, reducing the need for intermediaries and helping farmers secure better premiums for their coffee.
