Refund policy

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days for exchange or refund. Items must be in original un-opened packaging.  Items must be delivered back to Drumgora, Beauly, IV4 7AA

We recommend all parcels being sent back to us are fully insured with proof of delivery. The Only Coffee Roasters will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 
All shipping back to The Only Coffee Roasters is paid for by the customers. We are unable to refund the customer any shipping costs.

Address Errors

If the wrong address is entered at checkout, re-delivery fees will be the customer's responsibility providing the order has already been fulfilled. The re-delivery fee will be at our standard shipping rate 
If the order has not been fulfilled , please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address to be updated. If the order hasn’t been shipped, a re-delivery fee won’t be applied.

Non-Defective Returns

Any products returned found not to be defective and tampered with by the customer will not be replaced and returned at the cost of the customer. 

For reasons of hygiene, refunds and exchanges are not available for used products.
