Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail 48h Tracked± as standard
This is not a guaranteed 48 hour delivery service and may take longer to arrive.

For faster delivery, select Royal Mail Tracked 24± during checkout at an additional cost of £4.90 per parcel. This is not a guaranteed 24 hour delivery service and may take longer to arrive.

±Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day and Tracked 48 within two to three working days. However, these time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. During peak times, these services may be slower.

Shipping Charges

All orders will be charged £3.50 for standard delivery or £4.90 for express delivery

Lost or Missing Parcels:

Royal Mail will not consider an item lost or missing for 15 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days after receiving your tracking email.

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before 10am are estimated to be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 10am may be shipped the following day

We roast a minimum of twice a week and all coffee orders will be fulfilled with the latest batch of coffee.
